THE WORLD ACCORDING TO MANUEL RITZ IN SS16
A kaleidoscope of the world, this SS 16 Manuel Ritz, strengthening the idea of total look in a perspective of elegance. The use of colour becomes polite and meticulously enriches blazers and suits with details, stitching, buttons, linens and undercollars that never betray an irreverent DNA always in a viewpoint of stricter elegance. A more determinate mark towards the strengthening of the total look is confirmed, widening the proposals of trousers and Bermuda shorts, t-shirts and shirts, but also light jackets in eco down, cabins and dust coats; shoes and accessories.
Blue is the protagonist, from navy to bluette, going through the more opened nuances of blue characterising a marine inspiration for the stripes, micro patterns, micro texture, either ton-sur-ton and contrasting checks; strengthened by the intervention of the fil coupé, indeed for marked and innovative effects.
Eco friendly inspiration, recalling Earth the cotton items and washed cotton ones in the nuances of beige, mud and cream, also mixed with slight hues of colour like red and blues.
Jersey dominates, and for the Spring Summer 2016 also gains trousers, suits and barracudas; but most of all unlined jackets; ennobled towel effect due to the intervention of the fil coupé, granting an imperceptible softness to the items.
The evening look has a more and more elegant mark widening the colour palette starting from blue, alone but also matched with black, up to getting to grey and it becomes richer in precious details like satin ton-sur-ton buttons and bright textures.
Spring Summer 2016 also see the birth of a new icon that will enrich not only the lapels of both suits and jackets, but also t-shirts and the knitwear with light gages, symbolising the circularity and the evolutions it holds in itself, a style that changes according to the fashion’s trends, without changing its DNA, an ongoing becoming, a development, a growth, stretching in time through the constant of the colour. Yellow, red, blue and green there are the colours that lit the new icon of the brand and that inevitably couldn’t but find their place in an important appointment like EXPO 2015, due to a cooperation with EATALY, where limited edition t-shirts and polo shirts have been manufactured. A partnership that has been stretched also to Pitti Immagine Uomo June 2016, where during the eightieth edition, at the stand Manuel Ritz, the chef Enrico Panero, the winner of the prize of the year at “Identità Golose 2015” as well as the chef who inaugurated the space young identities at Expo 2015 has thought about a creation devoted both to the brand and to its colours by creating a culinary path for the gentleman from the sweet to the savoury.
