ASH SS16 COLLECTION

New year, new season, new you. ASH is proud to unveil the new Spring/Summer 2016 collection.

“The ASH Spring/Summer 2016 collection summons the season’s cool and carefree attitude. Motivated by independence, we wanted to create shoes that embodied that freedom. We wanted to create shoes that allowed the ASH girls to rock the new inspiration for spring. The new line echoes that boldness with captivating colour combinations, materials and innovative details. While a little different in look and feel, we still remain true to our brand DNA, which is very important to us,” said ASH creative director Patrick Ithier.

SPORT LINE

Trainers were seen all over the catwalk this season rage this season and ASH is setting the trend with their ever evolving Sports Line. Sticking with the brand’s signature wedges and slip-ons, the new collection offers a range of new designs and enhancements Addict, our open tow wedge trainer is constructed using lighter, breathable material, while Studio offers a slip-on version in a variety of colours. New to the Sport Line are a range of sandals and slippers that cater to athletic women living an urban life. Lullaby is constructed using black neoprene with tasteful blue or black rhinestones, while Lucky is more understated in all black, army and marble colourways.

MAIN LINE

The new range of models continues to feature functional designs with sleeker high-heels and sandals with added strap and buckle detailing. Stepping into Spring will never be as easy or as fun as with Dream – ankle-high boots with kitten heels and breathable materials. The punk-chic Rider sandals cover the foot with two studded straps and chunky buckles and come in classic white or black. Blossom have a bohemian feel with the corked platform, brown suede fringes and metallic circular studs. If there’s one must-have this spring, make sure it’s Mykonos, our knee high gladiator sandal embellished in gold studs.

MEN’S LINE

This upcoming season also sees the fashionable Men’s Line adding new models to their collection. Quincy emerges as a trendy slip-on sneaker with a chessboard-like pattern in various colour combinations, while Quick is a black high-top shoe wrapped around in criss-crossed neoprene elastic bands. For something more casual, Lynx slip-ons are available in camo, white and black, with mini metallic studs and an embossed star.
