ANTHONY MILES SS16
While sitting in a London drinking establishment back in 2011 a small group of footwear creatives and insiders discussed the idea of fusing classic English styling with modern details and new sole concepts. From that impromptu meeting Anthony Miles was born and a year later the brand launched exclusively in Selfridges London.
Anthony Miles is now known the world over for unique sole designs, subtle contrast details and premium quality.
The name Anthony Miles was a pseudonym created by the original designer of the brand to hide their identity while they continued to work on other projects, this alter ego soon became our brand name.
AM SS16 Mens
Anthony Miles continues it’s reinvention of classic styles for the SS16 collection and a host of new sole concepts can be found throughout the collection. New styles include a Brogue Toe Cap and Tassel Loafer as well as a Chukka Boot which have all been given the AM treatment. New sole concepts such as translucent camouflage soles and a glow in the dark sole are fused with the classic upper patterns and luxury materials. The collection is given a summer edge with canvas materials and white camouflage mix soles while a more sports luxe feel has been injected with textured embossing and perforated leathers.
AM SS16 Ladies
Anthony Miles launches it’s second Ladies collection for SS16 and continues to draw influences from the Mens collection with the addition of new exclusive Ladies designs. New sole concepts such as translucent camouflage soles can be found fused with classic reinvented designs and the collection is given a summer feel with lightweight pastel suedes. Materials remain a key focus to the Ladies collection so luxury patents, metallics, burnished leathers and suedes run through the designs.
