RAILS: SPRING 2016 ‘PACIFIC BLUE’
For Spring 2016, LA luxury brand Rails, have expanded into new categories creating a complete ready-to-wear collection. Rooted in luxe fabrications and silhouettes, the collection is defined by Rails classic heritage and relaxed sensibility. Directional new shapes have been paired back to create a capsule collection of wardrobe staples – the perfect white t-shirt, denim button down and simple shirting.
This season, Rails have launched an exciting denim capsule collection, which features four key shapes, a slim boyfriend, slouchy short, oversized denim jacket and vest in three vintage washes – light, medium and white. This is a natural progression as they expand in to a full ready to wear collection.
New patterns and prints in the tencel denim group include floral burnout, block stripes, tonal railroad stripe, and palm tree prints, offered in novelty shapes – Nadia trench coat, Lina wide leg trouser and Anya trapeze dress, alongside slouchy shirting bodies.
Sophisticated shirting shown in various textures from linen rayons and soft cottons to lightweight rayons in soft stripes, watercolors and basic black and white.
New shapes within the rayon plaids include the Jordyn sleeveless tunic and Savannah dress, offered in soft neutrals, traditional red/white/navy combinations as well as bright blues and pinks.
Rails ‘Pacific Blue’ collection is available at select retailers globally now.
