Birmingham raised rapper Mist has teamed up with global online retailer, boohooMAN.com, to launch a limited edition capsule collection.
Global online fashion retailer, boohooMAN.com, is excited to announce an upcoming collaboration with Birmingham raised rapper, Mist. As part of the collaboration, the 27-year-old MOBO award winner and break through artist will be the face of a limited edition capsule collection. In addition to fronting the range, Mist has worked alongside the brand’s design team to create an exclusive collection that embodies his style and personal journey, set to launch globally on boohooMAN.com on Thursday 18th July.
Emerging from the Birmingham suburb of Erdington, Mist is leading a new generation of artists who are turning UK urban music in to a nationwide phenomenon. With hits including Game Changer, Hot Property and Ain’t the Same under his belt, Mist has heavily influenced the industry. His lyrics explore the tales of his tough upbringing from street life and hustling to the impact of losing both of his parents. His commitment to making music in 2015 lead to a turning point in 2018 when he released his lyrically powerful and chart topping EP ‘Diamond in the Dirt’, a saying that is echoed throughout his capsule and defines his journey.
The collection features a total of 55 styles spanning ready-to-wear and accessories. Inspired by Mist’s bold style, each item epitomizes his culture. Statement streetwear and tracksuits are personalised with variations of faded pink and blue, colour block stripes and bold diamond and thunderbolt emblems. In addition, the centre piece design comes in the form of a bold slogan that reads ‘Diamond in the Dirt’, giving the collection a truly personal touch.
With boohooMAN.com growing globally at a rapid rate, collaborating with Mist allows the Manchester based retailer to give its core UK audience accessibility to a limited edition collection created by a truly home grown talent. With price points ranging from £3 -£45 the product stays true to the brand’s ongoing values of creating affordable, trend led fashion for all
