USA MEETS THE UK – SEBAGO® WITH BARACUTA IS HERE

Three iconic designs revisited for Spring-Summer 2020 in a perfect synthesis of artisanal workmanship and tartan patterns

After a preview last June at Pitti Immagine Uomo, the first Sebago® with Baracuta co-branding hits stores on May 22nd 2020. The symbolic brand of the American upper class, famous for its artisanal workmanship, and the UK menswear brand, renowned for its tartan patterns, have created a collection for SS20 each revisiting their own iconic designs: for Sebago®, Dan Citysides moccasins and Portland Docksides boating shoes; for Baracuta, the classic G9 jacket.

Sebago® Dan Baracuta – In shiny, full grain leather for durability, hand-sewn with the best artisanal workmanship, these penny loafers revisit Sebago®’s iconic design: a moccasin for all seasons featuring unlined uppers, chiseled rubber heels and leather soles processed to be resistant, flexible and waterproof. “Sebago® with Baracuta” moccasins – with red leather insoles and Fraser Tartan inserts inside the split strap – are available in black and burgundy.

Sebago® Portland Baracuta – Born as the perfect boating shoes this classic design comes in three different colors of suede leather – red, dark green and blue – recalling the hues of Baracuta’s Fraser Tartan. Resistant and hand-sewn, with a leather insole, a leather all-round lace-up system and non-marking rubber soles in slip-proof streaked rubber, it provides a safe grip whatever the weather.

In this meeting of American and English menswear, Sebago® with Baracuta also presents two jackets inspired by the famous G9 design: the Combo Jacket, in navy blue, dark green and red, and the Skipper Jacket, in total blue. The co-branding’s styles feature both brands’ logos in gold lettering printed on the lining.
